Having personally walked the path of surrogacy for a gay couple, I understand at a deeply personal level that the journey to conception, pregnancy, and birth doesn’t look the same for everyone. Whether your path involved IVF, surrogacy, adoption, solo parenting, or a traditional conception, Gather is a safe, validating space where your story is respected, understood, and celebrated.

• Focus on the "Next Day" and Beyond: We don't stop when the baby arrives. A significant portion of our time together is dedicated to preparing you for the realities of the fourth trimester, postpartum healing, relationship shifts, parental mental health, and actual baby care.

Most families start around 28 weeks, in time to finish before their due date. We run courses on a rolling basis to match different due date windows, so get in touch even if you're not sure it's the right time yet.

Course dates are also just a suggestion - feel free to sign up for one that suits you (ideally completing by 37 weeks though). This ensures the information is fresh in your mind when baby arrives, while giving you plenty of time to build connections with the other expectant parents in your group before birth.

We keep numbers small on purpose, so everyone gets real support and space to ask questions, and form connections, not a lecture hall experience.

Yes, Elle TENS hire is available as a standalone service, no course enrolment required.

We encourage both parents (or birthing person and support person) to attend our antenatal courses. Our Parent & Pepi and Baby Massage are mainly to cater to the parent that stays home with baby, however there are a few sessions within our parent and pepi group where we encourage partners to come eg: our infant and child first aid session
